Watchman / Intercessor’s Conference Report

 Greetings all, 

We had a wonderful gathering at Christian International Family Church in Santa Rosa Beach, FL last week (April  8 -11) as we met together for the Watchman Intercessors Conference with Martha Lucia, Barbara Yoder, Cindy Jacobs, Bishop Hamon, Tom Hamon, and Chuck Pierce.   

Some points from the conference –

  • Watch for a shift on April 16th
  • We need to increase our prayer coverage for President Bush during this season.
  • How we set the course this year will determine the next 5 years.
  • God enters into war with Babylon every season.  Because our nation is linked to the Babylonian system, we are in confusion.
  • Key states are Michigan, California and Florida – we need to be watching and praying about the activities in these states.
  • The new wine skin is here but it is not mature.  We have to have new wine and must press forward into the new instead of leaning back into old familiar place from which we came.  The thoughts of the past have to be cut off.
  • The Empire of Islam represents the little horn of Daniel
  • We, ordinary saints, can go into the nations and bring about God’s purposes!  God is victorious through each of us as we are obedient.  
  • We are in a season in which faith needs to explode
  • July will be a shaking / backlash month
  • We’re moving into a peculiar time in which we will begin to see many nations go into turmoil – Russia, Syria, Libya, areas of Egypt.  BUT the kingdom of God is NOT in turmoil! 
  • There is a supernatural alignment occurring.
  • It’s a season to choose success and blessings and no longer waver between two opinions.
  • God has His eyes on the nations.
  • God is restoring the apostolic Church.
  • We need to become proactive rather than retroactive – enter into the battle offensively instead of defensively.
  • We need to watch over the covenant of God, standing in the gap when there are breaches until healing / restoration is brought to the broken covenant.
  • We are in a war that is over the covenant promises of God! 
  • 2003 is the year of restoration.  What the locust have eaten will be restored – like John the Baptist we need to become locust eaters!! 
  • God is raising up watchman prophets to call to the nations.  God is weighing the nations in the balance – sheep or goat! 

The conference started Tuesday night with Pastor Tom speaking on the need for us to rise up and BE the church by demonstrating the character of Jesus in everyday situations.  We have been given the keys to the kingdom to bind and loose.   

Chuck spoke about seven things that need to happen during this year:

  • We need to know the times.  Today, time is culminating together creating a whole new environment in the earth.
  • We need a mantle which is linked with our identity and our God given authority
  • We need to activate a miracle
  • We need to SEE in 2003 - our eyes must be open.  We are entering into a suddenly season.
  • We need to receive – which is linked with seeing.  Our mind has to shift.  We must think with a new dynamic.  We are always in warfare.
  • We have to have the keys!  We can not rest until we finish what was started last season and transition into the next season
  • We need to have a multiplication mind set and optimize our resources to reorganize for prosperity.

We can accomplish these things by letting God renew our minds.  (Romans 12:1 & 2)  We must know and do the Father’s business and know what the devil is doing so we can resist him.    He also gave us a list of seven things that we need to choose to do NOW.

  • We need to choose to be successful.
  • We need to worship which will bring success.
  • We need to choose blessing.
  • We need to stop wavering between two opinions.
  • We have to recognize the spirit of Babylon and how it affects us.
  • We have to have a clear vision and we have to hear what God is saying and DO IT!

Martha spoke Wednesday and Thursday afternoon stirring the hearts of the attendees concerning the nations, the sound of heaven, which is freedom, and our need to rise up as Christians and become people who possess and occupy the territories God has given us.  She shared about many of her prayer journeys where she has been in key places, which have resulted in major shifts in nations throughout the world.  She also spoke about the spirit of Islam, sharing statistics of how this religion and the spirit behind it have been methodically taking over the nations and in fact have a plan to take over the US.   We are in a season of moving toward the covenant God has for the nations.   With the establishing of this covenant will come the release of wealth.  In July, Martha and others will meet at Trafalgar Square in London which has been identified as a key spot from which all distance is measured and where many trade routes intersect.   

Barbara Yoder spoke Thursday about covenant and restoration.  If we restore right covenant our cities will be restored.  We are in an opportune time in the history of this nation in which God is restoring the Apostolic Church.  It’s time we become proactive rather than reactive – peering into the distance to see what is coming and acting now to align with God to set the next generation free.    We are in war over God’s covenant promises.  How we KNOW God will determine how we come through the war.   

Cindy Jacobs spoke on Friday.  She titled her message “The Clock is Ticking.”   God is shifting the Middle East.  He is going to set up the economy of Iraq that will affect the entire region.  The spirit of Babylon has been exported to all the places and Islam has been deposited.   God is targeting Syria next.  Damascus, where Paul was converted, is located in modern day Syria.  God planted an anointing to open the eyes and establish the apostolic in Damascus.  As God’s purposes are released in Syria, there will be a release of spiritual sight, the spirits behind Islam will be broken and healing/anointing will come from Syria.   God is calling forth the prophets of strategy so He can use them to shift and restore all things.
